i arrived early and staff stored my luggage safely until check-in time they got my room ready sooner than expected that's super cool i'm grateful! the location is really convenient close to the train station it's just a short walk i love it. the room was definitely clean and the shower was great everything worked perfectly wow!
finding the entrance was a little tricky as there wasn't really a sign so i needed a bit of help from someone on the street.

staff members are indeed helpful with luggage and early check-in requests they try hard to accommodate guests that is important for customer satisfaction. the staff responded quickly to my questions too that was reassuring.

the hotel's location has great access to public transport as well as the central train station it is around a 15 minute walk. there's a bar in the building for a quick drink i like that.

my room had regular towel changes it was a good service. the room was fairly quiet despite the nearby bars and clubs it helps to sleep well. the bathroom was very clean too and the shower was great.

The room was perfect for our stay. The big bathtub was very nice in the bathroom. the sink in the room was very handy. the location was very central to everything, with the 32 and 31 bus stops right on the corner, getting around was very easy.

I loved the close proximity to transportation options. I could easily visit the city center from here. Lots of restaurants were nearby too. Freeway access was very easy. I could quickly get to the airport from here.
I was told there was a cooling fan. Staff went through the motions of looking for one. It was obvious this was a routine conversation, and there was no fan. I spent a sleepless night with the windows open. This part of the city is often hot and humid.

the staff was pleasant and hardworking i found a bar on site i appreciated this convenience. the location was good with easy access to transportation but without excessive noise. it was a good value overall i am thankful for this.
i found no air conditioning in my room it was uncomfortable. i was on the fourth floor during a heatwave so the room was very hot at night.
